Developed a web application program that will display query for Customer parts information.  Software Materials used are:

Designed, developed and maintained an active-X component using Microsoft Visual BASIC 6.0 professional edition that is used for viewing image or video shots spotted on a vessel architectural plan or what they called General Arrangement Plan that was scanned using a huge scanner.  The component got a version for client and web based application.   The client based application is used as a tool to create, maintain, or view data and images of a particular vessel being subject for inspection, while the web based application is designed for viewing purpose only.  The web-based application is made possible by using Visual Interdev to create and maintain ASP and HTML programs on a SQL Server environment.

 

Designed, developed and maintain programs using Clipper or Visual Basic language that will track down Sales, number of pre-need plan certificates being issued availing and pre-availing, salesmen commissions, determining active and inactive salesmen.

I was involved in designing system flow and database structure of a new project given by our client.  I used clipper and Visual Basic in coding, testing and debugging of programs.  I was also given a task to report to our clients to install and initialize the database needed by the system and setup the security system by giving authorisation to access the users referred by the client and give proper orientation or assist those authorized users on how to operate the newly installed system.  Debugging or revision took place after the installation whenever I receive major complains coming from our client regarding the installed system.  I gave instructions to authorized user complainant to get rid of those minor problems.

 

Provide a software solution that will track down the incoming and outgoing goods.  Systems provided are as follows: Inventory, Invoice, and OR system. All systems are written using Foxpro for DOS version 2.7.

 

Provide software solution required by the managing consultant needed to automate the business operation.  Systems provided are as follows:  Student Registration, Payroll, and Accounting System.  Software materials and language used are as follows: Clipper 5.x, Foxbase, Turbo Basic,  and Key Entry.

 

Given a task to write and maintain programs using Microsoft COBOL in Credit department.  Headed the team that transform the Credit system from Microsoft COBOL into COBOL/36.  Became part of the team that developed the Accounting system written in COBOL/400.
